Mountain biking in Golden and surrounding areas is so diverse, it has something for everyone, from beginner to expert.

The Psychosis race course from the summit of Mount 7 is a must. It has everything you could want, from steep and speedy to big drops. Or the Pioneer race run at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort , one of the best courses in British Columbia.
A full guiding service is available to show you all the best rides and runs. Why not take some riding lessons from Andy who has over 12 years riding experience and has gained titles such as Great Britain National Champion, National Points Champion, National Short Course Champion and placed 7th at the World Downhill Championships in 1998.
